See you all there. Bobby
Note the new time. I assumed that everyone that was IN could make it at 4.30. If there is a change in your status as a result of the time change, please let me know. If you are bringing a guest player, please let me know. I will keep close tabs on the weather to see if there are any issues. Weather forecast calls for rain through 6PM, but temperature in the 60s . We will play on Turf so field conditions will be acceptable. Check your e-mail or the blog for any updates. This is a Turf field so weather conditions should not be an issue. Given the earlier time of this game, we might have a shortage of players due to work schedules, let me know if you are bringing a guest.

Please note the following four requests/reminders:
1) Please remember that we need a $10 deposit for next season. We will collect these amounts in the final two games of the season. We need to have funds available to pay the league (~$60 for the year) and field fees (~$120 per season) which come due prior to the start of the spring 2009 season.
2) Dues for 2008 will be $100 for the whole year payable in two $50 installments. The first installment is due on or before March 28, 2009. The second installment is due on or before June 27, 2009.
3) All regular players need to remember to respond with their name and IN or OUT only in the SUBJECT LINE of the e-mail. All dues paying players will be given playing time priority, so long as they respond to the e-mails. Guests are welcome, but need to understand that they may get very limited playing time. Please inform us in advance if you are bringing guest players.
4) Several requests have been made regarding an end of the year party. Please provide suggestions about the timing and location for the gathering.
Thanks for your attention to this e-mail.
William
